Affirmations for the little ones!

Hi babies !

It is very important for us to speak positivity into our children. I understand that we, as adults, most of us had lots of unlearning to do. We are aware now, in our adult years, that it is vital that we speak positivity into ourselves, so it is a given that we speak light into our children. Of course you've heard the saying "children are like sponges." this is a fact. They do and say all of what they see and hear. If children are to be grateful enough to have people around them that do more of speaking light into them and guiding them with love, the more beautiful the world will be. Because children need self-care too!

Personally, I myself had learning and unlearning to do. Should go without saying that I am still learning, as we all are. Which is why I'm honored we can continue to grow and learn together ! Below I'll list some of the affirmations that I speak with my children. These affirmations I have them stand in the mirror and say to themselves, at any time of the day,but especially the morning. Affirmations are also really good for children to repeat to themselves and the universe when the little ones are experiencing a melt down! One thing I learned and that I'm trying to do more of, is display more patience with my children. At the end of the day, they are children. They are really young, they've only been on this earth for a few years ! Not as many years as we have and we're still figuring it out! These babies are of course still learning life, still learning themselves, emotions, all of it! Be gentle.
