Everyday will not be a walk in the park. You will not wake up every morning, motivated and ready to take on the day. Some days you'll feel you have no motivation or inspiration to get things done and that is okay. Some days, will require more than others. That is okay. Some days will require an immense amount of discipline because the motivation is simply not there. Let's talk about it. The difference between motivation and discipline.

mo·ti·va·tion
/ˌmōdəˈvāSH(ə)n/
noun
the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way.
Motivation can be someone or something that influences an action or behavior. For example, my love for creating and my desire to give my children a beautiful life are the reasons I work so hard towards my dreams & goals.
Everyone has something or someone that drives them to do great in this life. Something or someone that gives us a sense of guidance, direction. Positive energies that have an impact on the decisions we make. That is what motivation can look like. That is what motivation is.
dis·ci·pline /ˈdisəplən/ Learn to pronounce
noun
1. the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience.
Having discipline means that you have acquired a level of strictness & routine in order to be successful at a specific thing. In order to obtain the skill of having discipline, you must acquire a level of control, self control, that will aid you in your success. Without those things, discipline can not be attained. For example, in order for me to achieve any kind of success with my businesses I must have the self control to remain focused and the obedience and consistency to work on my brand every single day. Obedience, consistency, self control, all of these things equate to discipline.
As I stated before, some days will require more discipline because the reality is, that everyday will not bring us motivation. We will not wake up every single day inspired. Some days we will struggle immensely to find any bit of inspiration because not every is a good day and that is okay. Acquire the discipline and get things done!
So, what are some ways we can remain motivated? at the least......
1. It is imperative that we set REALISTIC goals !
Although we have things we want to get accomplished, overextending ourselves can be a part of the reason we aren't motivated to get work done some days! Imagine waking up & thinking about the tons of things you have to do for the day! Exhausting right!? Instead, be realistic about your goals, always. Do what you can for the day, or the week, & remember you won't be able to do more if you're burnt out. (We can not pour from an empty cup!).
2. Be nice to yourself.
Often times we tend to be harsh on ourselves for not completing tasks in a timely manner, or because we haven't reached the level of prosperity we wish to be in yet. Reality is, when it is our time, nothing or no one can stop it from happening. Don't be the person going nowhere fast. Relax, be good to yourself.
3. Set small goals!
Setting smaller goals really gives a better sense of accomplishment. Smaller goals give us the chance to really pay attention to detail and also really understand our growth along the way. Be appreciative of the smaller goals and celebrate your small wins just as hard as the big wins!
4.Surround yourself with like minded people.
Being around positive individuals really have an impact on your attitude and the way you see things in life. being around positive energies allows for your mindset to be more clear, and your thoughts to expand to greater. If you find yourself around negativity you can feel, and see how it really drains you and leave you to feel uninspired and restricted.
I hope you all enjoyed this new read! I hope you've gained an understanding that everyday will not be easy! That discipline is key! Talk with you soon!
