Hi my loves !! I hope that you all are doing well on this beautiful day! (whenever you're reading this). Self-Care Mutha is introducing a new segment on our blog! Each month now, we will be making a blog post titled "Self-Care Spotlight of The Month". This blog post will contain a photo, name and details of an amazing person who deserves some recognition!
Let this be a reminder that Self-Care Mutha is for EVERYONE! It's simply self-care and healing advice and opinions from a Mutha/Mother!!
The person you choose does not have to be a mother. It can be anyone. This is a self-care blog for everyone! From the perspectives of a Mommy.
